About me

I’m an enthusiastic untangler of problems and once had a client call me a ‘light-shiner’. 

I love to learn, to get to the bottom of things, and to work out how things tick – including people. 

I have no formal qualifications and I’ve been working full-time since I was 15. This has given me a tough-as-nails work ethic and no fear of mucking in and getting things done. I’ve even cleaned hearing aids for a living (zero stars, would not recommend). 

When I started Chameleon Marketing I thought I wanted to run an agency – but quickly realised I hated it because I wanted to handle all the work myself.

So here we are. After four years in business, I’m perfectly content being a freelance marketer, and my clients reap the benefits of working directly with someone who truly cares about their business. 

I live in Sydney at the base of the Blue Mountains with my husband, two sulky emo teenagers, and a menagerie of pets.

When I’m not working I’m either running stupidly long distances, falling off my mountain bike, or engrossed in a good book.

Are we a good fit?

We’re a good fit if…

  • You’re in the industrial, manufacturing or construction sector
  • You sell a complex product to engineers, contractors, architects or tradies
  • You’re actively looking for advice and open to new ideas
  • You have a CEO (or you are a CEO) who sets the high-level direction for your business, and then trusts an expert to get on with the details
  • You’re looking for a good person that won’t baffle you with marketing jargon or take ages to get things done
  • You want to get momentum around your content marketing and like to keep things moving through the pipeline quickly
  • And… you’re a nice human and you pay your bills on time 😉

We might not be a great fit if…

  • You don’t like to plan ahead and prefer to ‘just wing it’
  • You don’t have clearly defined goals and aren’t interested in making any
  • You’re not interested in getting your team on board with promoting or distributing your content 
  • You want quick and dirty ‘hacks’ and the cheapest deal in town
  • You like to micromanage (this slows down the process dramatically and makes it hard to get into a good working rhythm)
